Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of Bitcoin Finder (the “site”). The site is owned and operated by Halwa Technologies W.L.L, trading as “Bitcoin Finder” (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we do
Bitcoin Finder is a restaurant discovery platform. We list restaurants where dining earns you a Bitcoin reward. Rewards are funded out of the commission restaurants pay us for bringing them new customers, and they are delivered to your self-custody wallet over the Lightning Network when you scan the digital QR code shown at the restaurant. What Bitcoin Finder is not
Bitcoin Finder is strictly a discovery and promotional platform. We do not custody Bitcoin, hold user accounts or balances, operate wallets, run an exchange, brokerage, or trading service, or provide investment advice. For the full breakdown, see our Disclaimer.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your country to use the site. The site is intended for personal, non-commercial browsing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything illegal or harmful.
- Scrape, copy, or republish the directory without our written permission.
- Interfere with the site’s normal operation or security.
- Misrepresent yourself or impersonate someone else.
Reward offers
Bitcoin Finder sets the reward rate, eligibility rules, and timing for each participating restaurant. Rates and offers can change at any time. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee any specific rate, payout, or experience.
Responsibility
Restaurants are responsible for the meal, service, and bill. Any dispute about food, service, or pricing is between you and the restaurant. Bitcoin Finder is responsible for delivering the Bitcoin reward after a valid claim – if a reward fails to arrive, contact us at support@bitcoinfinder.app.
Bitcoin and price volatility
The value of Bitcoin can rise and fall significantly over short periods. The Bitcoin you receive is yours to keep, but its value in your local currency may change after you receive it. See our Disclaimer for more on this.
Our content
The site, its design, text, and curation are owned by Bitcoin Finder and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to pages, but you may not copy, modify, or commercially reuse the content without our permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to restaurants, wallet providers, or other third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep it accurate and available, we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly up to date at every moment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bitcoin Finder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, from any restaurant interaction, or from changes in the value of Bitcoin you receive.
Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time if we believe it is being misused or if doing so is necessary to protect the service, our partners, or other users. You can stop using the site at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Bahrain, unless mandatory local law where you reside requires otherwise.
